PVG 32 Proportional Valves
Product Overview
The Danfoss PVG 32 is a hydraulic, load-sensing proportional valve engineered based on a modular concept that enables machine designers to specify solutions across multiple market segments and applications. It controls work port flow up to 125 l/min [33 US gal/min] and up to 420 bar [6090 psi] of work port pressure, interfacing seamlessly with other valve families to allow all machine functions to be controlled from one single valve stack. For optimal machine performance, the PVG 32 combines load-independent proportional control and high-performance actuator technology with a low pressure drop design. This advanced engineering actively improves overall machine efficiency—increasing productivity while reducing energy consumption and providing maximum design flexibility.
Key Benefits
The PVG 32 offers a modular design, providing a wide range of configuration possibilities. Its load-independent clow control allows for precise operation and improved productivity, and its load-sensing technology leads to higher efficiency, safety, and system life. Additional features and benefits include
Prevention against work port pressure build up
Individual work port pressure setting
Zero-leakage work modules
Configurable as advanced electrically controlled proportional valve as well as load sensing directional control valve
Modular design, which can be combined with PVG 100, PVG 120, PVG 16 and PVG 128/256.
Open center and closed center versions available
