Industrial Offering for Facilities And Campus Management Applications

Large facilities and campus settings with multiple facilities require maintenance professionals to scale up processes that are ordinarily easy to manage on a small scale. For example, in settings such as college campuses or data centers, many maintenance teams manage complex networks of district metering. This is important for utility budgeting purposes, or even remotely managing mission critical functions. Both local and federal government facilities operate with unique requirements, which can make it difficult to find multiple specializations under one roof, or even teams with authorized personnel to perform work in secure settings.

All of it means you need a partner like Cross Company to help improve facility processes in large scale settings. Our teams have experience working in a range of applications to improve operations and help your bottom line. With a focus on safety, compliance, and ROI for your budget, your maintenance teams can work with Cross to implement solutions you can trust for many years.

Facility Management for a Range of Applications

Our teams offer facility management solutions to increase efficiency and reduce risk in a range of applications. From highly secure military bases and data centers to large medical research campuses and hospitals, we can help your team improve processes.

Our teams specialize in mission-critical services in Data Centers. This includes liquid cooling systems, control system integration, electrical power generators, and other necessary functions like leak detection or air handling.

When it comes to industrial solutions, government facilities can have their own set of standards. Whether it’s special security clearances, regulatory compliance, or anything between, many applications can be challenging to navigate. Our teams have experience working with both federal and local governments on projects such as safe fuel storage and large scale metro utilities.
