Cross Precision is the best calibration i have used! There customer service is 2nd to none and there techs are knowledgeable and professional. Keith and Sampson not only show up on time, but they come in and get the work done in a timely manner reducing down time that could cause potential issues on our lines! They will also give advice on better ways to calibrate and if they see potential problems that could present themselves in the future, they will also bring that to my attention which lets me prepare in advance to have the issue resolved. I have called cross multiple times last minute with things I need calibrated and they have dropped what they were doing to accommodate us the best they can! This place rocks! Recently started leaning on Cross as my main calibration lab. They have great team that will really take care of you and your calibration or testing needs. The staff are extremely nice, understanding and they will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your calibration headaches. They always show a high level of professionalism. The GageSuite site is a great tool to keep up with all of your tools and it has built-in notifications and color codes to help you manage your assets. The Raleigh location did a fantastic job helping me in a line down situation.  I arrived with the part needing calibration at 3:00 in the afternoon and had it back calibrated ready to return to production by 8:00 am the next morning.
