Steriflow Sanitary Valves: Crevice-Free Pressure Control for High-Purity Utilities

Product Spotlight: Steriflow Sanitary Regulators & Control Valves 1Cross partner, Steriflow Valve, part of Richards Industrials, produces high-purity sanitary pressure regulators and control valves designed for hygienic process lines, specialty chemical additives, and high-purity water systems. Constructed from investment-cast 316L stainless steel with a sub-32 Ra internal mechanical polish, these valves feature crevice-free, self-draining bodies without internal guiding surfaces to eliminate particulate generation and prevent product buildup. Featuring a large diaphragm area to minimize setpoint droop, the FB6C Series maintains accurate downstream pressure regulation across flow rates up to 29.4 Cv and setpoint ranges from 3 to 135 psi.

Engineered for strict material compliance and process repeatability, Steriflow sanitary valves utilize FDA and USP Class VI compliant elastomers capable of withstanding aggressive CIP/SIP cycles and temperatures up to 350°F. Built-in features, such as a dedicated Clean-in-Place (CIP) lock-open pin and standard tri-clamp end connections, enable fast flush-outs and easy maintenance without compromising system sterility.
