Parker Quick Couplings

Parker Logo

Pneumatic quick couplers, also known as air couplers or pneumatic quick disconnects, serve as essential components in pneumatic systems by facilitating the connection of air tools, hoses, or other implements to compressed air supplies. Additionally, they find utility with various gases and (with some exceptions) are compatible with low-pressure fluids as well. Quick couplings are primarily needed in situations where hoses or other connections need to be disconnected or reconnected without the use of supplementary tools.

Parker’s range of pneumatic couplings encompasses three primary designs: general purpose with manual connection, general purpose with push-to-connect functionality, and special-purpose variants. Within the coupler half lies a shut-off valve mechanism that automatically opens upon insertion of a mating nipple and closes upon removal.

Parker’s quick disconnects are often used in pneumatic, diagnostic, chemical, and water/steam/cooling applications.

Did you know... A fingerprint weighs about 50 micrograms. We know, we weighed it! The residue left from a finger can actually make a difference in weight results which is why we wear gloves when we calibrate weights. For reference, a sheet of paper is about 4.5 grams, that’s 4.5 million micrograms.
Did you know… Cross Company has grown significantly since our start in 1954. Over the years we've acquired 26 companies! Today, our five groups have expertise in everything from industrial automation to precision measurement, and industry knowledge going all the way back to 1939.
