Features and Benefits

Minimize the risk of premature battery and charging failure, reduce total cost of ownership, and maximize machine uptime with our charging solutions.

Save Cost and Space
As a 3-in-1 charger, the integrated DC-DC converter, charger and charging station interface save space, cost and removes the need for extra components.

Greater Flexibility and Scalability
OEMs can offer more charging options for their end-users with the EV charging station interface feature and by using the chargers in parallel, they can provide up to 10 kW of power for faster charging options and heavy-duty vehicles.

Enhanced Safety and Protection
The XV series is protected against short circuit, over-voltage and over-temperature. As a low voltage charging system, it is safer to operate and more economical than higher voltages.

Specifications

48V, 80V, 96V Charging Voltages
Optimally charge all battery chemistries and nominal voltages between 48 V to 96 V for safer operation while on-board a vehicle as compared to higher-voltage chargers.

Scalable Power
Easily mount the chargers in parallel to provide 3.3 kW up to 10 kW of power.

High Reliability
Compact, rugged and IP67-rated, the charger is protected from dust, liquids and the effects of immersion in up to one meter of water.

DC-DC Converter
Save space and cost by integrating a 500W DC-DC converter into your machine to provide auxiliary power to operate vehicle accessories.

EV Charging Station Interface
Compliance with SAE J1772 (level 1 and 2) and IEC 61851 (mode 2 and 3) enables charging from standard EV AC charging stations across North America and Europe.

Enhanced Protection
