Employee Growth Story: Geoff Martin – Customer Service Manager 1

“Cross recognizes hard work and potential which has been crucial in my advancement within the Company. There’s a reason why so many of my coworkers have been with the company for multiple decades and I plan to do the same.”

Geoff's Story

With his previous employer moving out of state, Geoff was able to get a job as a warehouse associate with Cross Company and thus began his journey. He quickly realized he was in a good place after learning about the ESOP, experiencing the amazing culture and witnessing the transparency from corporate management.

He expressed an interest in moving up within the company and was given the opportunity to do so when a customer service position with our hydraulic division became available. After several years as a customer service representative, Geoff was presented with the opportunity to become the customer service manager.
