Cross Company Integrated Systems wins Siemens Customer Excellence Award 2016

Knoxville, TN – July 8, 2016.

At the 2016 Siemens Automation Summit, Siemens awarded the Cross Company Integrated Systems group with the Siemens Customer Excellence Award along with Jack Daniel’s Distillery for our work on their distillery expansion project. Cross Company worked in collaboration with Siemens to provide design, programming, and implementation of the Siemens PCS 7 control system for the distillery expansion.

The PCS 7 for the distillery control system included Simatic Batch and Route Control to handle the entire whiskey making process, from grain handling through the distillation process. The new distillery will greatly expand Jack Daniel’s production capability, as well as provide flexible production for new products.

Cross Company proud of this honor and our chance to collaborate with Jack Daniel’s and Siemens on this significant project.
