Microgage CMM

Microgage CMM 1

Product Overview

The Microgage CMM from Helmel features a rigid fixed-bridge design with high quality steel construction. Protection of internal components, makes this CMM an ideal solution for both the quality lab or the production floor. Bearings are classified within 120 nanometers in X and Y, and the entire structure is stress-relieved and thermally shielded as well as vibration dampened. It offers durability, stability, and life-long value.

In addition, accuracy is intrinsic: there is no software error correction. Inspect-to-print, monitor product quality, analyze process variables, solve production problems, verify tooling, produce dimensions and CAD elements for unknown parts, and professionally document your quality.

As a distributor for Helmel, our precision measurement group offers the Microgage CMM throughout several of our sales territories in the U.S. For more information about the Microgage, or to get a quote for new equipment, contact a local team member today.
