I showed up right before they closed to get a new fitting put on the end of my pw hose. They hooked me up no problem. The next day I went out and after attaching the hose to my sprayer, it went on so smoothly that I thought something was wrong. It just glided in there and worked flawlessly all day. Great customer service. Had a hydraulic hose blow out the other evening on one of our tow trucks. Called cross at 4:45 and told them I couldn't be there until a little past 5.
