Chris' Story:
Chris started at Cross Company in 2014 as a Hydraulic Service Technician. After a large acquisition our IT department needed to expand to accommodate the additional demand and posted a job listing for an IT Support Specialist. Chris applied for the job and joined the IT team. Once onboard, Chris was a quick learner and an asset to the team helping associates with their technology needs. Since that time the IT department has continued to grow as Cross has expanded and added more associates. Chris has been able to develop and grow along with his team and has since been promoted to Senior IT Specialist.
