Groth Blanket Gas Regulators

Groth main logo

Blanket gas regulators maintain a positive pressure of inert gas in a closed storage tank, vessel or container.  This helps reduce tank emissions and prevent contamination from outside oxygen and moisture.  A properly sized blanketing system provides:

  • Lower gas consumption
  • Lower maintenance costs
  • Reduced contaminations
  • Higher product conservation
  • Safer working conditions

Groth blanket gas regulators are cycle tested over 1 million times and they feature:

  • Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction
  • Field-adjustable flow capacity so you don’t need to take the regulator out of service
  • Field-adjustable set pressure
  • Bubble tight shut off of the supply pressure flow
  • Modulating opening design which allows the regulator to provide as much capacity as needed by the process.
  • All are offered in either 1/2″ or 1″ sizes for the inlet and outlet on the main body.

The Groth 3000 series of blanket gas regulators range from 3011L (pressure range 0.5-1.0 inWC) to the 3020A (pressure range 2-15 psig).
