I would like to give feed back on two of you employees!

We had a scale go down in an important area of our buisness. Marianne Alef stepped up in Matt Vega’s abscence and got a tech out the same day. She is such a pleasure to work with.

Scale Tech – Hunter (didn’t catch last name) came and fixed the scale in a matter of mins and got that line back up and running. I appreciate his knowlege and being so couteous to our employee’s. No Calibration was needed.

Did you know... A fingerprint weighs about 50 micrograms. We know, we weighed it! The residue left from a finger can actually make a difference in weight results which is why we wear gloves when we calibrate weights. For reference, a sheet of paper is about 4.5 grams, that’s 4.5 million micrograms.
