Customer Review: Cross Precision Measurement - Whitsett, NC

My experience with Cross has been continually excellent. I get great communication/feedback from service technicians performing calibrations in the lab. They are prompt with their questions/notifications about my measuring equipment, and as well, very prompt in all their communication. They are always polite and I’ve never had any issues with them. They do a great job.

The faces that I see when it comes to Cross, are Traci Smith’s and Justin Roberts’. I’ve worked with both for years and without fail they both provide excellent service and communication. Both are extremely knowledgeable about their roles/jobs and are always pleasant. Traci’s punctuality and dependability is excellent. The working relationship we’ve fostered, through her years of service, is what caused me to send even more gages to Cross for calibration. We were just sending mastering rings, and having our scales done on-site by Justin, but now we send in plug & thread gages, straightedges and other misc items as well. This is directly because of the face/s that I deal with. In my case, Cross Co’s reputation hinges on the two faces that I see and deal with on a regular basis. Both Justin and Traci do a remarkable job. They have set the customer service bar very high, and I appreciate that.
