Cross Precision Measurement now the partner for Versatile Technology In Canada and the United States

Cross Precision Measurement is proud to announce our partnership with Versatile Technology, an Australian manufacturer of testing and measurement solutions for the beverage can industry.  Versatile Technology has long had a partnership with Regal Metrology, based in Louisville, which was acquired by Cross on May 1.

Cross Precision Measurement will work with Versatile Technology at all of its Canadian and American customers, doing installation, troubleshooting and service work.  Many of these customers are in the beverage production and packaging market and may benefit from the extra products, testing and services that Cross can provide.

Jonathan Meisner, Cross Precision Measurement’s Director of Sales, said, “Acquiring the Versatile Technology brand is a great fit for Cross.  They’re all about precision measurement and adding tangible value for their customers, just like Cross is.  Our technicians are highly skilled and will be able to support Versatile’s customers wherever they are in the U.S. or Canada.”

Representing a product line focused on testing and measurement in metal cans also ties in well with Cross’s inspection and testing services.  All are measuring in microns and help their customers to ensure that only quality products in quality packaging go out the door.

“We have a network of eighteen ISO 17025-accredited labs across the country.  Supporting the Versatile Technology testing and measurement portfolio of products from them makes great business sense for us, for Versatile and most importantly, for our customers,” said Meisner.  “We look forward to working with this innovative manufacturer who goes out of their way to provide market-leading products and outstanding customer service.”
