Cross Company Is Now An Authorized Full System Integrator for Danfoss

Cross Company Is Now An Authorized Full System Integrator for Danfoss 1Cross Company’s Mobile Systems Integration group is proud to announce that we have been award Full System Integrator (FSI) status by Danfoss and will soon become home to the only certified Danfoss Mobile Valve Build Center in the Southeast.

This FSI status allows Cross Company to act as a full-line Danfoss authorized distributor/integrator, able to provide support on all Danfoss products. Becoming a certified PVG build center right here in the region means we will no longer need to rely on the manufacturer to source and build valves. We can build custom, OEM-specific valves from on-hand inventory, allowing us to better manage supply chain disruptions and prototype solutions faster for our OEMs. Our factory-trained technicians can then assemble and configure custom valve builds tailored precisely to your specific machine applications right from our facility.

Our Capabilities

As a FSI Distributor/Integrator and future certified Danfoss valve build center, we can provide significant value to OEMs and other mobile machine manufacturers by leveraging our extensive mobile system integration experience with hydraulics, controls, and electrification to tailor a unique solution for your exact needs and application requirements. Solutions we can offer:

  • Hydraulic hose manufacturing and custom kitting solutions
  • Hydraulic Design and component selection for custom application specific solutions
  • In-House Hydraulic Valve Build Program for rapid prototyping and design
  • Custom Electrical Control Panels and wire harness capabilities
  • Custom HMI and software development for OEM machinery functionality and control
  • Electrical circuit design and component selection for Full Electric/Hybrid Moblie Machine solutions – optimizing energy consumption and improving overall machine performance

This Means

  • Drastically Shortened Lead Times – By building custom assemblies locally from stocked components, we bypass factory backlogs and slash supply chain delays.
  • Accelerated Equipment Prototyping – Get your prototype machines up and running faster with rapid-turnaround custom valve configurations that keep your production cycles moving.
  • Engineered Solutions – Product designed for your application taking performance, quality, price into consideration to fit your machine platform needs
  • Sharing the Success – Cross Company is 100% employee owned. That means every employee works hard to ensure we meet customer satisfaction and your needs. If you are successful, we are successful!
