Cross partner, StoneL, part of Valmet Flow Control, offers the StoneL Axiom AN/ANX Series discrete valve controller for position monitoring and pneumatic control of automated on/off quarter-turn valves. Featuring solid-state magnetoresistive position sensing with no internal mechanical wear components, the controller tolerates lateral and vertical shaft movement without loss of position accuracy. An integral high-flow pneumatic spool valve uses a low-power solenoid pilot that operates across extended temperature ranges (-40°F to +176°F), while a standard rebreather system channels exhausted air back into spring chambers to reduce internal corrosion in single-acting actuators.

The Axiom platform integrates push-button electronic limit setting, high-visibility LED indication, and optional Bluetooth wireless access via the StoneL Wireless Link app for remote configuration and diagnostics without opening the cover. Enclosure options include the AN with a clear polycarbonate cover for general-purpose applications and the ANX with an epoxy-coated anodized aluminum housing for explosionproof and hazardous-location service. The platform supports universal AC/DC voltage inputs, conventional wiring, and bus communication protocols to simplify integration with plant distributed control systems
