Throughout 2025, Traci Smith has provided great support to Herbalife in the pick-up and return of our calibrated weights. She is excellent at providing updates on her ETA(s), and she documents our weights on the pick-up slips accurately. She is accommodating when we cannot keep to a pre-scheduled visit; she always finds a way to fit us in, despite the many customers she supports. Put simply, her professionalism and how reliable she is is much appreciated.
