Bio

Chad is the Director of Sales and Operations at Cross Hose & Fittings, where he has spent the last 23 years learning the business from the ground up. Having started his career in the warehouse in 2003, Chad brings a practical, hands-on understanding of operations and customer service to his leadership role today.

Outside of the office, he is a dedicated family man, celebrating 20 years of marriage with his wife and cheering on his two sons (12 and 16) in competitive shooting sports and soccer. When he’s not on the sidelines, you can find him out on the lake boating, jet skiing, or enjoying a good laugh with close friends.
