Project Scope Development
The first step is to sit down with your team, and develop a project scope. This project scope defines how the machine should operate, along with your long term machine goals. This will allow us to understand the challenges with the current design, and helps to clarify your customers needs. From here we can begin to discuss different technologies that will allow us to meet your operational goals, production goals, and costing goals.
With our 8000 square foot Mobile Technology Center located in Greensboro, NC, we have a facility designed specifically for developing an initial machine prototype. This gives our engineering team, and technicians complete access to your machine for designing solutions, and then implementing them. As part of our machine integration, we develop accurate and complete documentation packages as the design is developed, and the prototype is assembled in our shop. The document packages include operation manuals, hydraulic schematics, wire harness schematics, and control panel wiring schematics. Everything you would need to troubleshoot and service this machine in the field.
We can supply all of the components and systems that we design in kit form to allow for easier and quicker machine production on your assembly floor. This also allows our team to develop accurate and complete documentation packages as the machine is assembled in our shop.
