Pipeline Metal Detectors

Pipeline Metal Detectors From Cross

Pipeline metal detectors are used for pastes, slurries or liquids. They can be run either horizontally or vertically and can accommodate hot or cold product. However, the pumped product is rarely completely homogeneous. Bubbles and voids can also occur in the product going through the detector, giving false rejects. As a result, pipeline detectors are best suited for applications where final product inspection is not feasible, such as a product put into metal cans.

All brands represented by Cross are fabricated with food-grade stainless steel and can be easily cleaned to meet today’s stringent sanitation requirements.

Our technical sales staff can assist you in selecting the best precision measurement solutions for your application. For more information about the products we offer, or to get a quote for new equipment, fill out our contact form to discuss your needs with a local Cross team member today!

Pipeline Metal Detector Calibration Services

As industrial equipment is used more and more, the accuracy of that equipment begins to diminish. This is particularly true for product inspection equipment like pipeline metal detectors. That’s why regular calibration services and consistent maintenance are always recommended for inspection tools.

When you partner with Cross Precision Measurement for your pipeline metal detectors or other inspection equipment, you’re getting more than just that product. You’re also able to get expert calibration and verification services. Meaning when you get a piece of equipment or tool, you know it will be able to perform accurately right away. Further, we also provide continuing after-sales support, often with dedicated representatives. That way we’re able to continue providing our customers with our world-class customer service even after the sale.

These are just some of the reasons why so many industrial operations choose to work with Cross Precision Measurement again and again for their pipeline metal detectors. It’s hard to beat accredited facilities, traceable calibration services, fast turnaround times, and high-quality equipment designed for your production process.
