Advanced Rupture Discs for Enhanced Safety and Performance

Cross partner Continental Disc Corporation has introduced two new relief products, the APX Series Rupture Discs and the HPX-CTG, both designed to improve safety and efficiency in challenging industrial environments. The APX Series focuses on reliable performance in toxic and corrosive settings, while the HPT-CTG is engineered for superior leak prevention in hazardous and toxic applications.

The APX Series offers a stream-lined, weld-free assembly with integrated components, allowing for extensive material options like super duplex, super austenitic stainless steels, and Alloy C22. This design ensures reliable performance in highly toxic and corrosive environments by accommodating a variety of challenging process media, meeting regulatory requirements, low Kr factors, and high cycling capabilities. Its flexibility in holder materials also allows for tailored solutions in demanding applications.
