Overview

Inmotion has been a provider of industrial power electronics solutions as well as electromechanical solutions since the 1960s.  But since the 1990s, they have been increasingly focused on products for electric vehicles.

Inmotion launched its first AC inverters in 1996 with an offering for electric forklift trucks. This marked a turning point in the conversion from DC to AC technology for the material handling world at large. With years of experience in electrification, they are uniquely placed to be a leader in the world of electrification. They have experience in AC induction controls as well as servo systems controls in a variety of industrial applications.

To date, Inmotion has supplied millions of inverters to vehicle customers worldwide. With Inmotion’s extensive experience in large-scale production of industrial electrification components for both high and low voltage products, Inmotion is a natural choice for OEMs in search of a long-term supplier of power electronics.
