XC65DX-LS Laser Scanner

XC65DX-LS Laser Scanner 1

Product Overview

The multi-laser XC65Dx scanner captures all 3D details of features, edges, pockets, ribs, and freeform surfaces in a single scan, using a cross pattern of three laser stripes for comprehensive 3D views. Its digital 3D digitizing operation boosts scanning frequency and adapts laser intensity automatically, enabling faster data acquisition and reducing inspection cycle times. By continuously scanning from three different viewpoints, it provides a full 3D view of complex shapes, enhancing the accuracy of feature dimensions extracted from the point cloud.

At Cross Company, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best metrology solutions. Key Benefits

Multi-Laser Scanner: Captures all 3D details of features, edges, pockets, ribs, and freeform surfaces in a single scan.

Digital 3D Digitizing Operation: Boosts scanning frequency and drives smart laser intensity adaptation to scan any surface without user interaction.

Cross Pattern of 3 Laser Stripes: Allows acquisition of the full 3D view when scanning parts with complex surface shapes and geometric features.

High-Speed Data Acquisition: Capable of acquiring data at a faster pace, drastically increasing the velocity of the scanner during inspection.

Continuous Scanning from Multiple Viewpoints: Provides a full 3D view of complex parts, such as the bore of a hole or the flanges of a notch.

Increased Efficiency: Faster data acquisition allows for more features to be scanned in the same time frame or reduces the inspection cycle time for freeform parts.

Enhanced Accuracy: Continuous scanning from three different viewpoints increases the accuracy of feature dimensions obtained through scanning.

Versatile Application: Suitable for surface and feature inspection in automotive and aerospace applications, among others.

User-Friendly Operation: The entirely digital operation and smart laser intensity adaptation eliminate the need for user interaction, simplifying the scanning process.
