Mark-10 F Series for Force and Material Testing

Force and Material Testing is necessary for a range of industries producing consumer products. Frequent uses include peel, score bend, 3-Point Bend/Flexural Modulus tensile, spring testing and more. Cross partner Mark-10’s F Series digital force testers are accurate and flexible, with a large variety of off-the-shelf grips to simplify changeover and testing.

The F series features:

  • Rigid and precise mechanical design: The Series F is available in a variety of capacities, travels, and mounting configurations to make it easy to adhere to specific test requirements or replace legacy equipment. Their unique Stepper Motor design allows for superior displacement accuracy under load and also delivers excellent control for load holding.
  • Force sensor compatibility: Smart force sensors mount directly to the crosshead of several models without connection cables. These load cells include a chip that is automatically read in the software to easily make sure that you use the right load cell for each test. This also makes sending out spares for calibration easy and cost effective. The elimination of cables means a more rigid mount for improved accuracy as well as protection from cable snags and bent connector pins!
  • Modular design: Whether your parts are large or small, simple or complex, you can easily configure your system and handle a variety with ease! For basics or dedicated testing, EasyMESUR offers a cost effective and incredibly simple interface. For more advanced tests or a large mix of products, IntelliMESUR offers a Windows networkable interface with the capability or multi-step tests, operator inputs, and advanced reporting. Add on modules like Material Testing, Coefficient of Friction, or Spring Testing makes calculations fast and intuitive. Mark-10 has an unmatched range of off the shelf fixtures to make adherence to test specifications like ASTM or holding those tricky parts fast, easy, and cost effective.

A wide variety of tensile and compression tests are possible with Mark-10’s extensive range of grippers, including wedge grips, film and paper grips, 90° peel fixtures and more. Click here to view the full Mark-10 grip catalog.
