To complicate matters, you may be dealing with staffing issues due to sickness, quarantine, or self-isolation. J.A. King wants to partner with you to help make sure you get your orders out on time while maintaining the quality that your customers expect.

Although measurement and calibration may not be one of your top concerns at the moment, as a food & beverage manufacturer, the risks are high if you are using equipment that is past due for calibration or producing products that don’t meet the highest standards of quality. We have a team of highly trained technicians ready to help. Here are just a few examples of how we can help right away:

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update - April 10, 2020 - We know you need all hands on deck right now 2Calibration – We can perform calibrations on equipment coming due for calibration, even if it’s currently calibrated by an internal team. When you are short-staffed, let your employees focus on making your product while we ensure your tools are calibrated and ready to go. If having our technicians on-site is an issue, you can ship equipment to our labs or take advantage of our pick up and delivery service.

QA/QC Checks – As production demand increases so do staffing obstacles. Routine checks and documentation on items like balances, ovens, and other measurement equipment that are needed on a regular basis may be hard to keep up with. J.A. King can take on the responsibility of performing those checks and completing and submitting the required documentation.

More Efficient Weighing – When you need to increase throughput, the right equipment can make all the difference. The right scale can save you time and increase throughput while also giving you better data about your process. Contact us today for a web demo. If you aren’t sure about the return, our team can also help you to put together an ROI on new equipment.

Do you need help with something not listed above? Let’s discuss it. In this uncertain time, we want you to know that J.A. King is a partner you can rely on. This situation affects us all and we’re here to help.
