This unit showcases the future of quality control with a collaborative robot (cobot) integrated with a high precision Kordt Transicord thread inspection system. As the Kordt Transicord performs the inspection, the unit automatically collects and logs pass/fail statistics against your defined inspection criteria, providing immediate feedback and valuable process data. To maximize versatility and efficiency, an optional tool-changing system can be added, enabling the cell to inspect multiple thread sizes without manual intervention.
