Cam & Groove Couplings

Also called a camlock fitting, these are used to connect two hoses or pipes together to facilitate media transfer. These are a quick connect system to couple minimally one hose to a pump or pipe or two camlock hoses together. In order for this seal to work, there always needs to be one male adapter and one female coupler. Camlock fittings are designed to be easy to use and to integrate.

Engineered Fluid Transfer Couplings

In particular cases and specific applications, sometimes a regular coupling isn’t what you need. Dixon is also able to offer a wide range of engineered fluid transfer couplings for unique and specific applications. This includes couplings like the Top Loading T-deflector, Dixon MannTek dry disconnect couplers, flanged breakaway couplings, and even Liquid Natural Gas (LNG couplings). If you have an application that requires specific or unique couplings, this may be your solution.

King Crimp®

When it comes to band clamps, the King Crimp system is safer, faster, and provides higher working pressures than many other offerings. By utilizing Dixon ferrules and sleeves, issues stemming from incorrect die alignment disappear. With King Cimp products, the hose OD and crimp recommendations are engraved into the sides of most Dixon ferrules and sleeves, significantly simplifying crimping procedures (and potentially eliminating the need to use a crimp chart every time)

Fluid Connections For Harsh Environments

Dixon is also a reliable provider of water/suction discharge solutions for water, sewage and slurry discharge applications. With highly-reinforced product resistant to ozone, weather, abrasion, and oil mist, Dixon products effectively perform in harsh environmental conditions. This makes them ideal for applications such as:

Agricultural

Construction

Municipal Water

Mining

Marine

Oil and Gas

Waste Management
