J.A. King Employee Spotlight – Reed – Account Manager in Oklahoma City, OK 1

Meet Reed, our Account Manager in Oklahoma City. After 3 years with the company, his favorite thing about J.A. King is “the local network of support: from techs, coordinators, managers, and beyond”, they give him “the confidence to go out into the field and expand our customer base.” Reed went on to say that “our local technical expertise and customer service makes my job very easy, and it keeps customers coming back year in and year out.”  The best part of his job is “developing the relationships with customers. Dozens of people contact me on a daily basis knowing they can get what they need quickly, and with a smile on my face.”  At the end of the year, Reed will be moving into the role of Application Specialist to help all of his Oklahoma area customers with their complex measurement challenges.
