Supplier-Partner Metso has certified several of its Neles flow control products to help end-users in the process industry comply with tech standard IEC 61511 (Safety Instrumented Systems – SIS).

The PAS Lite is made of durable components that you can count on…strong, durable harness materials and carbon composite space frame and the same pneumatics as found in professional fire fighting breathing apparatus ensure the workers can count on it when they need it. The PAS Lite harness scored 5 times higher than standard harness materials on the Martindale test for durability.

Draeger utilized state-of-the-art pressure mapping technology to improve stability and reduce back strain, stress and fatigues, as well as using a carbon composite space frame and non-metallic buckles to decrease the weight the wearer must carry. The PAS Lite is more than a pound lighter than its predecessor, the Draeger ProAir Evolution.
