My past experiences have been excellent. One was concerning an axle scale that needed repair. Response was timely and very courteous. Marianne Alef (GSO) was extremely helpful and did everything she could to provide good communication and time frame expectations. Repairs were made and the scale was back in service in minimal time. Thank you.

On the hand tool side, we have several items picked up for calibration. Traci Smith has been so helpful for several years. Excellent communication concerning pick-ups/drop-offs as well as acting liaison when I have special concerns, considerations. She has helped ensure the calibration requirements for our gages are communicated and met. (Discussions at pick-up/drop-off) She is very knowledgeable about the processes involved and does a fantastic job. Thank you.
