I received a quick turnaround on my request, and although there was some initial confusion on the day of calibration, it was resolved quickly.

Hugo was outstanding—knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured we received the testing needed for our purposes. Some of our devices had not been checked by a third party in quite some time, and one had never been tested, so there was a learning curve on both sides.

Hugo went above and beyond to support us. He even loaned us his calibrated weights while ours were being tested in the lab, which allowed us to continue product testing without any disruption. He also provided the calibration certificates by email as promised, keeping the process seamless from start to finish.

This was my first time handling this side of our calibrations, and I cannot say enough about how patient and dedicated Hugo was in making it a success. His professionalism and commitment made the entire experience smooth and efficient.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with Cross and would love to have Hugo back in the future.
