Hi! I just wanted to share what a positive experience we have had with Matt Youngblood. We were in a bind created from our previous calibration supplier, and looking to fill a void in a replacement gage so we could deliver to our government customer on time. Matt had never worked with us before, and gave us the service that I would think would be reserved for big volume customers. He got with me within an hour of the original request, followed up, got multiple quotes for expedite gages, kept me updated with different options and ended up providing the gage less than a week after we first initiated the request. I had been waiting for this gage at another supplier since NOVEMBER of 2024, and trying to get status updates since January! After the purchase was complete, he even followed up to make sure that everything came in right with the gage. Because of Matt, we were able to keep our 100% score for On-Time delivery with the government customer. The customer service he provided to us was invaluable, and because of this experience we are looking to push more gage purchases and calibration to Cross.
