Noah Smith came last Thursday (7/31/25) for an onsite calibration service. He was punctual in his arrival time. I showed him around where the machines were that we needed calibrated. He did have one issue with a temp controller not reading, but he quicky found the error was a wire not inserted correctly by our techs. He was courteous and did the work promptly. I look forward to working with him again!

Did you know... A fingerprint weighs about 50 micrograms. We know, we weighed it! The residue left from a finger can actually make a difference in weight results which is why we wear gloves when we calibrate weights. For reference, a sheet of paper is about 4.5 grams, that’s 4.5 million micrograms.
