Screw-In Cartridge Valves (SICV’s) have been around for decades, but they have really come into their own in the past 10-15 years. SICV’s come in just about any function you can imagine and there is a huge array of sizes available from .1 up to 100 gallons per minute (GPM) in some valves. Our goal is to minimize installation and plumbing time, while still giving you a cost-effective system. Today, it is possible, and beneficial, to design a complete hydraulic system for your machine using cartridge valves and custom designed manifolds.
Cross Company has been a pioneer in the use of DIN cartridge valve manifolds. Our custom manifolds are working in many high-flow, high-pressure, and high cycle applications throughout the world. We assemble and test in-house and have built manifolds with input flows of up to 600 GPM, using cartridges as large as 80MM! Our custom designed manifolds are engineered to give you the most compact, efficient circuit and layout possible. Our goal is to minimize installation and plumbing time, while still giving you a cost-effective system.
