Cross has been a pioneer in the use of DIN cartridge valve manifolds. Our custom manifolds are working in many high flow, high pressure, and high cycle applications throughout the world. We assemble and test in-house and have built manifolds with input flows of up to 600 GPM, using cartridges as large as 80MM! Our custom designed manifolds are engineered to give you the most compact, efficient circuit and layout possible. Over the years, Innovative Controls has completed well over 50 boiler projects ranging in size from small 35,000 PPH boilers up to 375,000 PPH boilers. The applications range from fire tube boilers on up to fluidized bed boilers. The smaller applications are typically comprised of a small PLC or single loop controllers. For small projects, this can be a very cost effective solution. The larger applications are integrating a large Distributed Control System (DCS).
